- You must carry a printed copy of your ticket to be displayed at the entrance of the palace.
- Photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside the palace.

The audio guide will be available in Spanish, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Russian.
Reduced Price Tickets
- Children between the ages of 5 and 16 may enter the palace at a reduced rate of £14.
- Students over the age of 17 may enter the palace at a reduced rate of £22.8.
- Senior citizens over the age of 60 may also enter the palace at a reduced rate of £22.8.
Getting There
- Nearest Underground Tube Stations are Victoria, Green Park, and St. James. The Palace Entrance is a 5-minute walk from these stations.
- Nearest bus stop is Victoria Bus Station (stop C). Buses that go there are C1, C10, 11, and 211. The Palace entrance is a 7-minute walk from this station.
