Ik heb 6 van mijn kleinkinderen meegenomen voor deze Snow City-ervaring. De eerste keer voor deze oma.
Ze hebben allemaal zo genoten van de band met elkaar, het gooien van ijsballen, een ritje met de kar enz enz.
Alleen denk ik dat als alles klaar is, het kiezen van foto's bijna op oplichting lijkt. Ze hadden ons eerst, voordat we onze hardcopy's kozen, uit moeten leggen dat als we hardcopy's kozen. dit is hoeveel per pc kost met de fotolijst??? & NIET NADAT WE KIEZEN, toen zeiden ze dat hardcopy's zo kosten & als we softcopy's willen kost het ook zo. En toen we toevallig kozen voor odd no fotos, zeiden ze: kunnen we niet in de albums zetten? WIJ GAAN BETALEN VOOR ONZE HARDCOPIES FOTO'S, WAAROM WILT U ONS DE FRAMES NIET GEVEN WAAR WIJ VOOR GAAN BETALEN? WAAROM WILT U VOORSTELLEN ONZE foto's niet in te lijsten, ons te kort doen? U gaf ons een QR-code om al onze foto's te scannen, wij (7 van ons) hebben uw advies en instructies nodig over hoe we onze foto's kunnen downloaden in softcopies. Terwijl we allemaal nog steeds bezig zijn met het scannen van QR code app etc . U vertelde ons om uit de weg bcoz we blokkeren uw teller. Ik vond dat onbeleefd, want wij zijn uw eerste klanten, we waren er eerst en je moet af te maken service en hulp, het bijwonen van ons eerst als we het kopen van d hardcopy's en softcopy's app ... in feite d balie op dat moment was niet eens zo druk. Merkte dat fotobalie personeel de neiging om te fluisteren tegen elkaar als het dienen van het bijwonen van ons & heel ongeduldig. Ze moeten een cursus gastvrijheid en klantenservice volgen en geen klanten opjagen die al hun foto's hebben gekocht en u zaken doen🙏🏼

Staff are super friendly. Games/challenges are fun, especially CONQUER. Not as many games/challenges on the use of nerf guns...hope to have more since it's Nerf Experience. Will visit again... hope will have new experiences coming up.

The staffs are polite and helpful.
They explain the games before the start of it and quite approachable.
Eventhough we have to wait for a while for certain games,the kids really enjoyed our time there.

It was my first time at Kidstopia, I like the setup and options of play for the kids. Most importantly, my kids loved it.

One of the staff lady very helpful. Sorry don't get your name. My daughter lost her promotion package consist of 7 ticket. Used only 1 tic and balance nowhere to be found and she help us to get a replacement. Overal experience and rides are ok. Great for young kids.
