Uitstekend. De gids Thomas, een Braziliaan die in Japan woont, was bijzonder hartelijk, toegankelijk, goedlachs en aangenaam. Hij legde ons veel uit over Japans eten en we proefden zo'n 15 verschillende dingen, vruchtenhoning, gersthee, waaronder een traditionele lunch van 12 kleine bouchees. Zijn niveau van Engels is uitstekend en hij spreekt erg goed Japans. We hebben een geweldige tijd met hem gehad en hebben niet nagelaten hem te feliciteren met zijn vrijgevigheid.
