The class started later than expected so we were there for 4+ hours. Everyone in the class was great, including the teachers. The chance to learn how to make pasta from scratch in Florence was really nice. We learned some really nice tricks in the kitchen and hope to implement them at home.

It was really fun. Only two families attended the class, which was held in a small setting. The chef was quite pleasant to work with and made the experience memorable. We made homemade pizza and watched the chef make gelato with a few students' help.

Great tour and the tour guide was wonderful. He did a wonderful job of explaining the wine business and was very patience with us. He assisted the guests with purchasing tickets for the trampoline and check through the bus to see if any things was left back.

Er was een vergissing en we werden met een Spaanse groep aan boord gezet. De gids was erg behulpzaam en zorgde ervoor dat we in de juiste bus stapten. Bovendien kregen we een erg leuke zitplaats. Ik raad deze reis aan, want hij is erg goed georganiseerd en de gidsen zijn erg behulpzaam.

We hadden een geweldige tijd toen we les kregen van chef-kok Tommaso, enthousiast om onze nieuwe pastavaardigheden uit te proberen als we weer thuis zijn. De vers gemaakte gelato was heerlijk. Een echte aanrader.
