We arrived in London from Lebanon for our spring vacation to join the long awaited tour for the kids. We showed up for the tour at Victoria coach station and we were shocked to know the trip was cancelled without us being informed. Evan Evans referred us to Headout and the blame game started between Evan and Headout ... As a summary trip was cancelled, our 3 days London was ruined, and we were extremely disappointed.
