My visit to Ngong Ping 360 was unforgettable because of the breathtaking cable car ride over the mountains and sea. Seeing the panoramic views of Lantau Island from above felt surreal — peaceful, scenic, and exciting all at once. The smooth booking experience with Headout made everything stress-free, so I could fully enjoy the journey. Reaching Tian Tan Buddha was truly the highlight. Standing in front of the majestic Big Buddha, surrounded by misty hills and calm energy, felt deeply serene and memorable. Exploring the Ngong Ping Village and soaking in the cultural atmosphere made the whole experience even more special. It wasn’t just a sightseeing trip — it was a moment of awe, reflection, and beautiful views that I’ll always remember.

The tram journey was short but awesome... the best part was cable car. The route guide provided by this website was very accurate and was easy to reach out. The cable car was BEST thing to happen in this trip. The soothing weather, dizzling climate and misty view, cloudy hill tips and in midst, lord buddha was memorable and most worthy moments to experience.. thank you so Much for making this trip a beautiful moment..

Peak tram was excellent. Went early and avoided queues. 428 was marginally better than the free building adjacent but only open at 10am. Good views from both. Ngong ping cable car is great but the 90 minute queue with ticket at opening time and at least until 2pm not so good. The village is fake tourist trap but Buddha interesting.

The trip on the cable car was amazing. Lovely views despite the cloudy weather. The temple is stunning and village has lots of unique shops with souveniers at a good prices. Suggest you buy there because you may not see them in Hong Kong. Book in advance because it took almost 2 hours to book on the day.

The cable car experience was fantastic. We were blessed with a fantastic sunny day. We had a standard car because one of us is scared of heights, and a glass floor was quite unappealing to that member. The views are superb, and there was only a short wait at either end to board the car. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food and souvenirs at the top were excellent. It is well worth the trip, as the Buddha and the surrounding temples and shrines are beautiful. A great place to visit while you are in Hong Kong.

The day was lovely and clear, the line to go up moved quickly. The village was busy but it was easy to find a place to eat. Most people were already queuing to leave (90 minutes wait) when we headed to the Buddha. We were some of the last in but had time to have a good look with less crowds. Wandered around at dusk and took the bus back down (great ride). All I all, an enjoyable afternoon. 😊

The ticket was easy to purchase and the app was easy to use. The 'ticket ' has to be redeemed at the ticket office at the base of the cable car. This involves a very long wait in the purchased ticket queue to be diverted to am agent ticket queue which involves another long wait. Don't waste time buying a ticket this way - get it direct from cable car website which will save a lot of queuing!

The process on arrival was exceeding slow and very inefficient. The ride was stunning but would probably tell people to avoid it due the the inefficient processing
