Timings:

• The Auschwitz + Birkenau & Wieliczka Salt Mine in One Day tour starts at 8 AM everyday.

• The duration of tour is approximately 11 hours.

Tour Meeting Point:

• There are 3 meeting points throughout Krakow:

• Hotel Royal, sw Gertrudy 26 Street, Krakow.
• Radisson Blu Hotel, Straszewskiego 17, 31-101 Krakow
• Kazimierz Hotel, Miodowa 16 Street, Krakow. Upon confirmation of your booking you will be given the nearest meeting point to your hotel.

• You will also receive a FREE Schindler’s List Walking Tour. This tour will be taken the day after your Auschwitz and Birkenau + Wieliczka Salt Mine Tour.

Please Note:

• If you have your Auschwitz and Salt Mine Tour on Sunday you will have your Schindler’s List Walking Tour on Tuesday as the Walking Tour does not operate on Mondays. The Schindler's List Factory entry is not included and payable separately if you wish to visit this Museum at the end of the Tour. The admission price is around 21 Polish Zloty per person.

Important Information

• The pace and duration of the tours are determined by the memorial’s visitor service. Hence, pick up time/duration of the tour are subject to change.

• This tour is not suitable for children under 14. If you have any children under 14 that wish to participate please contact us. (We will need to contact our partners in resort to await their decision on whether these be granted special access and at Children's prices).
• This tour is not recommended for those who have problems with walking or a claustrophobic. To get to Level 1 of the Wieliczka Salt Mine all tourists descend the stairs. Please wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking involved for both tours.
• This tour will operate in all weather conditions please dress appropriately. We advise wearing warm clothing to go to the Salt Mine as temperatures are approx. 14°C. A break between the tours is not guaranteed as it is dependent on tour timings and traffic. We recommend bringing refreshments, including water.

When you’ve Booked:

• You’ll receive an initial confirmation from us immediately. We will then send your booking details to the supplier within 48 hours to request confirmation. Once they confirm that your requested date and ticket is available, we will email your confirmation which will include the local operator’s contact details and any relevant information.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.
• You can either opt for pick up or choose to reach the meeting point directly.

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs. In the next booking step, please specify your hotel's name and address.
• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
