The PIXO Observatory is the home of the most powerful telescope in Penang, as well as the largest available commercial telescope to solely observe the Sun. With the latter, you can observe features of the Sun which are not visible to the naked eye.

Additionally, the Observatory also acts as the focal meeting point for the Astronomical Society of Penang. Enjoy the chance to discover the secrets of the galaxies from esteemed astronomers.

Guests arriving in cars can park at the many parking lots around Tech Dome Penang including the KOMTAR Multi-Storey Car Park, Prangin Mall Car Park, and 1st Avenue Mall Car Park.
