Just WOW. We did the rib tour last week with my boyfriend and I still can’t stop talking about it. The water was sooo clear and cold but they gave us these giant overalls—felt like marshmallow people but stayed warm! Our guide (can’t remember his name, sorry!) was SUPER into the eagles and pointed out every one. Got some pics but honestly, the fjord looks unreal in person. If you get motion sick, maybe take something before, it gets choppy at times. 100% worth the frozen toes.

Brought my parents (both in their 60s) and they loved it. The staff helped them with the gear and made sure everyone was comfy. I was worried they’d get too cold, but the suits are legit. The eagles came so close – one even swooped right in front of us! Only thing: don’t expect to take ur best photos, because the birds move FAST. Still def worth it.

We visited in February and it was freeeeezing, but the thermal suits kept us cozy. Our guide gave us lots of facts about the eagles and the area. Saw 5 eagles up close! My boyfriend tried to get a photo, failed miserably, but the memories are even better. Highly recommend, but wear thick socks.

Did this with my wife on our honeymoon and it was one of the highlights. We lucked out with clear skies and fresh snow on the mountains. The eagles were impressive but honestly the fjord itself stole the show for me—so PEACEFUL. Staff gave us hot drinks after, which was a nice touch.

Went with my friend group (5 of us). Got suited up and felt like astronauts. Our guide was hilarious and clearly knew the area. Saw a bunch of eagles and even a quick glimpse of a porpoise. Only minus: the boat ride back was a bit rough and cold, but that’s Norway in winter for you.

Booked for the eagles, stayed for the views. The boat ride was COLD (even with the suits) but we saw at least 7 eagles and some seals too. Our group was a bit big, so it felt rushed at a few stops. Would have loved a bit more time to just soak it in. Still, crazy cool landscapes!!

My hands almost froze off (bring gloves!) but can’t complain too much. Saw so many sea eagles I lost count lol. Boat was smaller than I thought but actually more fun that way. They give you warm suits but it’s still chilly – layer up. Guide was friendly, joked with us a lot.
