My son and I really enjoyed our visit to the London Zoo! It wasn’t too crowded, which made it pleasant to walk around and take our time. We discovered some animals we had never seen before, and the staff were all very kind and gentle. The zoo is beautifully decorated, and we loved how much information is shared on the walls — often in the form of fun questions that make learning easy and engaging. The toilets were clean and conveniently located all around the park.

It's a beautiful zoo so many animals to see and explore ! You need hours of exploring it all but you would not regret it if . Just a comment about memberships you need more people on the counters or to have someone during operation hours cause the line was big and I had to wait few hour till the counter was finally open .

We are from Bulgaria and we were very happy with our visit to the zoo! Our children were very excited about the close encounters with the animals. Very nice, clean and well-maintained and with lots of entertainment for young and old visitors. We will definitely come back!

Just grab your ticket and ID for easy entry! Once inside, explore incredible habitats, watch feeding sessions, and join animal talks. Plan ahead with the schedule so you don’t miss highlights like tigers at lunch or penguins making a splash!

What to expect

Since 1828, ZSL London Zoo has been wowing visitors with incredible wildlife and conservation efforts. With over 300 species in carefully crafted habitats, it’s your chance to get closer to nature and learn about the animal kingdom like never before!

Land of the Lions – Wander through an Indian-style village where powerful Asiatic lions roam, just like in their natural Gir Forest habitat.

Tiger Territory – Experience the raw power of Sumatran tigers as they roam a dense, jungle-like habitat designed just for them.

Gorilla Kingdom – See a family of western lowland gorillas in a sprawling, jungle-like home that brings the wild right to London.

Tiny Giants – Meet tiny leafcutter ants hard at work and vibrant poison dart frogs showing off their dazzling colors up close!

Butterfly Paradise – Enter a dreamy world of free-flying butterflies, where every step brings a burst of color and delicate charm.

Meet the Zookeepers – Listen in as zookeepers spill fun facts, behind-the-scenes stories, and how they help protect endangered species!

Extras

Zoo Nights – Upgrade your tickets to get access to Zoo Nights, an after-hours, adults-only event from 6pm to 10pm, and explore live talks, food stalls, and fun games.

Food & beverages, glass bottles, smoking, drugs, alcohol, weapons, sharp metallic tools or objects, balloons, frisbees, bicycles, skateboard, scooters and drones are not allowed on this experience.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

For safety reasons, guests under the age of 16 years are not allowed unsupervised on this experience.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible for most parts.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.
