I had an amazing experience at London Zoo! It was wonderful to see so many different animals up close and learn more about them. The zoo is beautiful, well organised, and full of interesting things to discover. I really enjoyed every moment of my visit, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London. It was an unforgettable experience, and I would love to come back again!

The zoo is always a hit with the kids and this time it didn't disappoint Really had a fun time with my daughter as she liked the animals and the penguins in particular Well organised and well kept zoo so will be sure to return

From booking the tickets to getting through the gate was so easy. For first time visitors to London and the zoo it was so easy to use and do. The zoo it self was really good just wish we had more time to visit it all.

We had a fantastic experience. Very good time for us we adults and kids . Must place to visit together as a family to have a very good time with ourself to bring the kid out in everyone .

I used to take my daughter to the zoo for her birthday when she was little. So we decided to do it for her 33rd! Nostalgic and so much fun! Easy fast entry. No queues. Lovely to see not much has changed, although the reptiles have moved from their famous home. Some of the enclosures were tired and old looking which was a shame but the restaurant has vastly improved. Her favourite part was the rainforest where the monkeys were free to play around us. I loved the butterflies & baby gorilla's.

Pets are not permitted at the venue.

Guests under 16 years of age must be supervised throughout their visit.

Assistance dogs are welcome.

For safety reasons, guests under 90 cm are not permitted on the VR experience.

ZSL London Zoo

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid full-priced ticket.

Infants under 2 require a valid ticket.

Anytime entry tickets allow you to arrive at any time on your chosen day.

Carer's tickets are valid only when accompanied by at least one person with a valid full-priced ticket.

Carers of disabled guests receive free entry with valid documentation.

The VR experience operates on a first-come, first-served basis and may involve a wait during busy periods.

Re-entry is not permitted once you leave London Zoo.

On-site parking, lockers, restrooms, and free Wi-Fi are available for visitors.
