Terma Bania Aquapark Entry Tickets

Zakopane's Terma Bania thermal complex with Fun and Relax Zones unlimited-time access using a QR ticket.

Getting started

Use your QR entry ticket, sent by email and WhatsApp the day before, to walk straight to the gates without a cash-desk queue. Scan in at your booked hourly entry slot between 9am and 8pm and collect your wristband for locker use and on-site payments. Then head to Terma Bania's Fun Zone and Relax Zone to start your unlimited-time visit until closing.

What to expect

Terma Bania Fun Zone

The Fun Zone is the active part of Terma Bania, centred on slides and play pools filled with warm thermal water. You move between indoor and outdoor areas, with options for both confident swimmers and younger children.

Features

• Ride over 300 m of slides, from tube runs to broader family rafting chutes that you can enjoy together. You can also splash in the wave pool, explore the geyser grotto, and let kids use the dedicated shallow children's pools and water play areas.

• Your ticket includes Fun Zone pools, slides, jacuzzis and saunas, so you can switch between energetic swimming and time in the sulphur jacuzzis without leaving the zone.

• A personal wristband for locker use and on-site payments means you can store your things securely and pay at the summer bar, food trucks or on-site restaurants without carrying cash.

Terma Bania Relax Zone

The Relax Zone focuses on quieter pools and views of the Tatra peaks. You can float both indoors and outdoors in thermal water, even when there is snow around, and alternate this with sauna time.

Features

• Take in views of the Tatra peaks from the pools of the Relax Zone while you float in warm thermal water, including outdoor sections open in winter. Massage pools and jacuzzis give you different water jets and seating areas for a slower pace.

• Your Fun and Relax Zones unlimited-time access covers Relax Zone pools, jacuzzis and saunas, including the textile Finnish and herbal saunas that you can use between swims.

• Access to chosen Fun, Relax, Saunarium zones is available based on your ticket choice, with Saunarium reserved for guests aged 16+; on this option you focus on Fun and Relax Zones for as long as you like until the park closes at 10pm.

• Support in English from the local team is available daily, so if you have questions about zones, time extensions or accessing the Saunarium, you can ask for help on-site or through the contact provided.
