The cruise was amazing - I think is must for whoever wants to know Istanbul better. It immediately changes the way you see the city, for the better! Regarding the cruise itself - I very happy with the option I chose. It worked for us. Easy to book, easy to access, departed on time, came back on time, friendly staff on board. Sehr beeindruckende und spirituelle Erfahrung. Die wirbelnden Derwische und der Sufi-Tanz waren faszinierend anzusehen und haben eine besondere, fast meditative Atmosphäre geschaffen. Organisation und Ablauf waren gut, allerdings sollte man wissen, dass es sich eher um eine ruhige, kulturelle Darbietung als um eine klassische „Show“ handelt. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die sich für Kultur und Spiritualität interessieren

The dancing itself was beautiful. We appreciated that they stayed so true to it's roots. The sacred meditative Sufi practice was honored and didn't sell out to this just being a dancing performance. People people just looking for dancers performing, might not appreciate it in the way that those who understood its roots certainly did.

Nestled in a historic traditional building just near the Hagia Sophia this venue was easy to locate. Smooth and hassle free entry. The experience of the show was surreal. It's more of a Sufi ceremony than a public performance that transcends you beyond the everyday. If you are up for such feels, please don't miss it!

The cruise is fine up and down the river and you see a lot of the city. You need to wrap up warm even in May as it does get cold on the river. We were given no audio guide nor offered one so it was just a view, but then you come back so the second half starts to drag a little.
