It was a great experience booking tickets through Headout for my parents’ visit to Qasr Al Watan. The entire booking process was very smooth, quick, and extremely convenient, which made planning their trip stress-free for me. I was able to book everything easily in advance without any confusion. One of the best parts was that I also received a good discount, which made the experience even better and more value for money. My parents really enjoyed visiting Qasr Al Watan and were impressed by the beautiful architecture, rich heritage, and well-organized arrangements. Overall, booking through Headout turned out to be a perfect decision and truly a win-win situation for us.

The experience was great in general. Small things make it a little uncomfotable: 1. Ride waits, regardless of the fast tracks was long on a couple of the bigger rides. Up to two hours is a little ridculous, furthermore, with waits so long where are the conforts for the those that need refreshment, ailments carried (no seating along the way) etc. 2. Food choices are low for the types of people that are going to the park. Many diets in today's world and the food in general was processed in most cases. Considering everything is double to triple that of the general street food courts pricing, I am sure there could be better choices. Otherwise had fun..

Bought tickets online Sunday morning, arrived just before noon, a stream of visitors arriving, tickets scanned and security check was fast moving, courteous and efficient. The Palace is stunning, lots of detail, beautiful soothing colours. Really enjoyed the Gift Room when we came in January 2025. Spent more time looking at them this time to see who have what! Absolutely awesome looking up at the domes and chandeliers. In reality there are lots of people inside but it didn't feel crowded due to the spacious building. We got to see everything without being blocked or having to wait.

I visited with my wife and we did a day trip from Dubai. The palace was massive with splendid decorations making everyone awe at the majestic interior. The library and gifts room had so much history and the architecture through out the palace was simply jaw dropping specially the dining areas. I was even able to pet a hawk and take pictures with it. The external court yard was so tidy with palm trees surrounding the palace. Over all it was a lovely experience and a must visit tourist attraction.

The concept and architecture design is very impressive. The designing of wall and floor marble is excellent. The chandelier Were out of the world. The horticulture and selection of trees and plants was very attractive and soothing. The overall maintenance and cleaning was excellent and the staff was very polite and attentive Keep it up.

Masterpiece of east East architecture to which You will be taken by bus (due to huge front yard). Inside there is enormous space for gathering filled by refined details on the walls and ceiling. Indeed like in palace though it is actually contemporary place for meetings on state level.

Qasr Al Watn is totally worth it. We visited its halls and after dark light show. We were relieved to have online tickets with headout as we didn't have to be in queue to buy tickets there and also got 14 AED discount on those tickets. Highly recommend!

Qasr Al Watan

Nestled in Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan is a presidential palace that was recently opened to the public. One of the finest examples of Arabic architecture and craftsmanship, the palace's design signifies its heritage and its future vision. The palace has its own library with books on a wide range of subjects including archeology, history, heritage, memoirs, biographies, human and social sciences, statistics, administration, culture, literature, arts, etc. It also has its own gift shops; one at the Visitors Center and the other at the palace building. One of the major attractions of the palace is its light and sound show, which depicts the history and growth of the UAE as a nation. This show has been divided into three acts; past, present, and future.

Guests are allowed to exit and re-enter the park on the same day by obtaining a hand stamp at the exit.

Please note that multi-park ticket holders at Yas Island theme parks will enter using face scan at the turnstiles. Guests must register by scanning the QR code on their ticket, selecting Register Face Tag, entering personal details, accepting the terms, and uploading a face photo. Each guest must complete their own registration, and it is recommended to do this in advance to avoid entry delays. Alternatively, guests can register via the Yas Island App or visit Guest Services with a passport or Emirates ID. A tutorial video is available here.

Qasr Al Watan

Please note that Qasr Al Watan is still a working palace and as a result will be temporarily closed to the public from July 13 to July 20.

Please make sure to keep your mobile phones in silent mode before entering the palace.

You can park your car at Visitors Center Car Park, which also comes with valet parking services.

Bags and cases with more dimensions than 500 X 350 won't be allowed inside the palace.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at each ticket redemption point.

Note: This ticket allows you entry to both attractions on the same day. It cannot be used on two different dates.
