Always a joy to go to Magic Kingdom. Unfortunately the park closed at 6pm for Halloween celebrations which we were not aware of so I recommend doing more research than we did. Food in the Pinocchio Cafe was not good and came out cold. Also we had technical issues connecting our tickets to our passes and were asked for our passports which we didn't have with us although fortunately they did accept photos of them. Apart from that a fabulous day. Customer services were fantastic and I highly recommend Tron.

Everything went very smoothly. Downloaded the tickets and turned into the first park Animal Kingdom. We were given the cards and went to the second d park. No problem. Still have one more day to use the second day. Very much looking forward to it.

Upgrades

Choose your preferred ticket option on the select page based on how you want to use your park days:

1 Disney Park per Day: Visit one Disney theme park each day. You can choose from Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, or Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

1 Disney Park per Day + Water Park or Sports: Visit one Disney theme park each day and add access to a water park or sports experience.

Park Hopper: Visit multiple Disney theme parks on the same day, giving you the flexibility to move between parks during your 2-day visit.

Park Hopper Plus: Get the flexibility to visit multiple Disney theme parks each day, plus access to a water park or sports experience.

What to bring

Carry a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking for entry.

Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring sunscreen, and dress appropriately for the weather to enjoy a full day at the park.

Have your mobile device ready with the official Disney app installed for park maps, wait times, and mobile ticket access.

What’s not allowed

Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and weapons of any type are strictly prohibited.

Large suitcases, coolers, and bags exceeding 24" (length) x 15" (width) x 18" (height) are not permitted.

Drones, remote-control devices, skateboards, scooters, and inline skates are not allowed inside the parks.

Pets are prohibited, except for registered service animals.

Accessibility

All parks offer wheelchair access, with accessible entrances and facilities throughout.

Accessible and companion restrooms are available at various locations.

Service animals are welcome in most areas; please review park guidelines for attraction-specific restrictions.

Additional information

Visit on any 2 days within a 4-day validity period. Your ticket is activated on the selected date, which must be your first visit. You can use your second visit on any day within the next 3 days.

All visitors are required to pass through security screening before entering.

Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by someone aged 14 or older.

Re-entry on the same day is allowed with a valid ticket and a hand stamp.

Stroller rentals are available at the park entrance.

For lost and found, guest services, or special assistance, visit the Guest Relations desk in any park.
