My family and I had a wonderful time at universal studious. The weather was perfect, not hot, a little overcast with a slight breeze that had a mist of rain. The lines were not bad besides ET (which was being repaired) and MIB ( which was also being repaired) other than that the rides were fast and fun. To top off the night was the water show with music, pictures and clips from movies, just awesome! I'm happy that we were able to get our tickets fast through Headout which allowed us to save almost $200 on our purchase. Thanks Headout for assisting us on our vacation.

Quiero que me traduzcas esto a ingles para poder ponerlo. Headout desde el inicio te facilita las cosas para poder sacar las entradas aún cuando estas a tan sólo 24 horas de querer visitar un lugar ya en más de una oportunidad lo he utilizado y realmente es muy seguro y confiable. Y lo bueno es que no necesitas saber ingles para manejarlo es muy intuitivo e inmediato. Las experiencias en los parques universal han sido increíbles y cada año que lo hemos visitado siempre nos sorprende y nos llevamos algo nuevo.

Tout s'est très bien déroulé nous avions des tickets électroniques grâce a Headout et franchement c'était très pratique. Les parcs sont vraiment incroyables. la procédure de réservation était aussi simple que le reste. Tout est merveilleux c'est un rêve. Merci headout

When it started raining there where fixed umbrellas on the park that the employees didn't want to open for the people to wait until it stopped raining. Not very friendly people around

What to bring

Dress comfortably—think breathable t-shirts, shorts or light pants, and comfy walking shoes or sneakers. Pro tip: Pack a poncho if you’re planning to hit the water rides.

Accessibility

Strollers aren’t allowed in most attraction queues, but don’t worry—each one has a designated stroller parking spot near the entrance.

Trained service animals are welcome to join you in the parks.

Ride requirements vary, especially for guests using mobility devices. If you can transfer to the ride seat on your own or with help from someone in your group, you’re good to go.

The ticket will be sent out within 2 hours of booking.

It is only valid on the specific date you choose when booking, and it expires the next day.

The Hogwarts™ Express can only be used for the 1-Day 2-Parks ticket.

The ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Standard entry requires a biometric scan.

Lockers are available at the parks for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis.

Kids under 14 need to be accompanied by someone 14 years or older who meets the ride’s requirements.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
