Menorca Self-Guided Audio Tour App: Ciutadella & Mahon

Explore Menorca on a self-guided mobile walking tour with lifetime audio access to Citadel, Mahon, and 20+ points of interest.

Getting started

Download the DareMapp app on your mobile device before you set out. Once you have your booking, enter the reference code from your ticket in the app to unlock your self-guided Menorca tour via mobile app. From there, you choose when to start listening and where to begin your walk. You can start whenever you like, listen after your visit, and keep access to the tour 24/7, 365 days a year without expiration.

What to expect

Citadel

Citadel is one of Menorca's two most important cities and a key focus of your route. You decide how long to spend here, using your phone as a private guide while you move at your own pace through its streets and viewpoints.

Features

• Tap into commentary for Citadel through the mobile app, so you can explore with structured audio guidance instead of a live tour guide.
• Use the food recommendations via audio guide to pick places to eat in and around Citadel, timing your stops whenever it suits you.
• Make use of the self-paced tour with flexible stops, pausing or replaying the audio as needed while you decide exactly which corners of Citadel to explore.

Mahon

Mahon, the island's other principal city, forms the second core area of your tour. You can visit it on the same day as Citadel or on a different day, since your content remains available at all times.

Features

• Listen to detailed commentary for Mahon, choosing which landmarks, viewpoints, or neighborhoods to focus on as you walk.
• Follow the food recommendations via audio guide when you get hungry, using the suggestions to plan coffee breaks or meals in Mahon.
• Take advantage of the self-guided Menorca tour via mobile app to move between Mahon and other parts of the island in the order you prefer.

Menorca: 20+ points of interest

Beyond Citadel and Mahon, the experience covers more than 20 points of interest across Menorca. You decide how many to visit in a single outing and in which sequence.

Features

• Access commentary for 20+ points of interest across Menorca, selecting only the stops that interest you and skipping any that do not.
• Use the audio guide in 6 languages, available in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian, and German, so you can listen in the language you are most comfortable with.
• Rely on the self-paced tour with flexible stops to shape your own walking routes, taking breaks whenever you like without needing to follow any fixed schedule or group.
• Keep 24/7 lifetime access to tour content, so your access never expires and you can return to Menorca in person or virtually and listen whenever you want after the visit.
