What to expect

Uhrturm

The route of this self-guided city exploration game leads you through Graz’s old town up to the Uhrturm, the city’s landmark clock tower. As you move between Renaissance courtyards and winding streets, the app uses clues to guide you toward this viewpoint.

Features

• Follow a city exploration game on the Questo app that unlocks playful puzzles at each step, using rhyming clues and tasks to move you closer to the Uhrturm.
• The route includes the Uhrturm as a key stop, so you can observe details of the tower and its surroundings while you search for hidden elements the game asks you to find.
• Full availability 24/7 every day lets you decide whether to reach the Uhrturm in bright daylight or later in the evening, without fixed start times.
• Since it is a self-guided open-air experience that helps you avoid crowds, you set your own pace and can start, pause, and continue whenever you like, with 24/7 customer support available in the app if you need help.

Murinsel

From the historic core, you continue toward the Murinsel, the floating island structure on the Mur River. The game’s narrative turns this crossing into part of the magical adventure, prompting you to notice shapes, patterns, and views around the bridge-like island.

Features

• Progress through the quest as the route includes Murinsel, where new puzzles appear on your screen that encourage you to look closely at the island’s design and its position over the water.
• Rhyming clues lead you from the riverbank onto the Murinsel, asking you to uncover hidden details that many passersby might overlook as you make your next discovery.
• Thanks to the flexible format that lets you start, take a break, and continue at your own pace, you can linger on the Murinsel as long as you wish before moving to the next stop.
• With the experience running entirely in the open air through the Questo app on your phone, you stay independent of groups or a physical guide and can rely on 24/7 customer support for any technical issues on the way.

Kunsthaus

Your adventure continues to the Kunsthaus, Graz’s modern art museum known for its distinctive exterior. Here, the contrast between contemporary architecture and the older streets you have just explored becomes part of the story told through the app.

Features

• The route includes the Kunsthaus as a highlight, and the city exploration game uses it as a backdrop for fresh challenges that connect its unusual form with the legends woven into your quest.
• Clues on the Questo app ask you to pay attention to shapes, surfaces, and nearby features of the Kunsthaus area, helping the city feel alive as you unlock each new piece of the narrative.
• Because the experience is available 24/7 every day of the year, you choose when to reach the Kunsthaus, whether during the day or later when the building’s exterior lighting changes the scene.
• With no physical guide and no fixed schedule, the self-guided open-air format keeps the focus on your interaction with the surroundings, while 24/7 customer support remains on standby in case you need assistance completing the game.
