What to bring

• Carry a valid photo ID available, as you may be asked to show it during check-in.

• Dress warmly with layers such as a windproof jacket, cozy sweater, long pants, and closed shoes to stay comfortable in the colder marine climate.

• Pack essentials like sunscreen, sunglasses, a snug hat, binoculars, and a camera for comfort and better wildlife viewing.

What’s not allowed

• Children below 120 cm (4 ft) in height or under 23 kg (50 lb)—generally under the age of 7—cannot join this experience.

• Guests who are pregnant or who have significant medical concerns such as back or neck issues or recent surgeries are not permitted for safety reasons.

Accessibility

• This tour is not designed to accommodate wheelchairs.

• Travelers with limited mobility, including injuries and pregnancy, should reach out to the operator beforehand to discuss available assistance.

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to allow enough time for check-in.

• There are no washrooms on board, so be sure to use restroom facilities before the tour begins.

• Tours run in most weather conditions, but departures may be cancelled if the sea becomes unsafe.

• A signed Release of Liability is required to board; minors under 19 must have a parent or guardian sign for them.

• Transportation to the departure point must be arranged on your own.

• Motion-sickness medication such as non-drowsy Gravol is recommended if you are prone to seasickness.

• Infants aged 2 and younger may participate at no additional cost.

• A Whale Sighting Guarantee is included year-round—if no whales are seen, you can rejoin another tour for free.

• Group sizes are limited to 12 passengers, so advance reservations are strongly recommended.
