It's nice but I wished if they give us at least water it was a long trip and at the end I forgot where to wait and I couldn't remember our crew I kept waiting and searching everywhere I just remember the woman who took us at the beginning but she didn't come to pick us but thank god I stayed with a random group and when the bus came I asked them if they are the same group and the guide looked to my ticket and approved 😰

El lugar es hermosos y el guía fue sensacional pero la aplicación de headout no te protege me hizo pasar un muy mal rato y me robaron más de 500 euro (headout no el operador turístico) The place is beautiful and the guide was fantastic, but the Headout app doesn't protect you; it made me have a terrible time and I was robbed of more than 500 euros (Headout, not the tour operator).

Thanks to the staff, very helpful and supportive, we was accidentally waiting for bus in wrong place and the guide found us and escorted us to the bus. In general the excursion was perfect, how I love, we came to the Palace, the company staff were accompanied to the entrance and took care we were going in right place, after we fallow the installed in smartphone app, smart guide, which allowed us to avoid queue for audio guide.

Ben organizzato, senza perdita di tempo, facile da trovare. Versailles stupenda va assolutamente vista. Molto gentili le guide che ti fanno entrare in autobus appena arrivi , evitando di prendere freddo aspettando tutti.

Todo fue muy organizado, salimos a tiempo y el punto de recogida es fácil de encontrar y los guías son bastante amables. Además, hablan varios idiomas lo que me parece excelente.
