Our guide Mathis was very good. He tells the history of the palace in a funny way that keeps us engaged in the tour. I love how everything was on time. There were two guests with walking sticks and Mathis was very accommodating. He got seats for them to sit so they didn't have to stand as long. He also offered to take our picture in the picture room as our group was not so big!

Our tour guide was really informative and kept things lighthearted. She was very considerate to give tips for the gardens and other things to see at the end of the tour. She allowed plenty of time to take photos, keep us cool and answer questions. It was a very hot day, so the gardens underwhelmed me, but I didnt allow enough time so probably missed the best parts.

Your tour guide was very kind and speaking english very fluently, new a lot about the palace , the "residents" and the history along!!! Also he was answering every question we asked!! I will surely recommend you to friends that might come to Paris!!! Thank you very much!!!

Great place. Loved everything. Apart from the heat everything was fine. The guide, Bo , was very detailed. Also liked the way she presented the palace. Overall great trip.

Tu peux écrire par exemple : Très déçus par cette expérience. Nous sommes arrivés avec seulement 5 minutes de retard et, malgré nos appels, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Nous n’avons pas pu participer à la visite du château de Versailles alors que nous avions payé une visite guidée à un tarif élevé. Ce qui est le plus regrettable n’est pas le retard en lui-même, mais l’absence totale de prise en charge : aucun accompagnement, aucune proposition de report, aucune alternative et, à ce jour, aucun geste commercial.

Le site est peu pratique ..je pensais que l 'accompagnateur allait se présenter avec un " drapeau " Headout ..or une accompagnatrice d'une aute société , en fouillant dans mon téléphone m'a informé qu'il s'agissait de ParisTrip ..cette information devrait figurer immédiatement en haut de l' appli près du n° de réservation ..ce serait tellement plus simple !! Pour le reste tout s'est très bien passé ..

Note: The Passport ticket grants access to the Palace, the Trianon Estate, Gallery of Coaches, Royal Tennis Court, temporary exhibitions and the gardens. From 1 April to 31 October, it also includes entry to the Musical Fountains shows.
