La prenotazione per la Reggia è stata assolutamente consigliabile, perché ci siamo subito accordati per l'ingresso delle ore 11.30. All'ingresso ci sono stati controllati i biglietti e siamo passati senza nessun problema. Essendo durante le vacanze Pasquali è stato meglio già avere stampati i biglietti, senza correre il rischio di non poter entrare. La Reggia è bellissima, monumentale e sfarzosa. Finito il giro nelle varie stanze aperte al pubblico, ci siamo diretti verso i magnifici giardini. Visita stupenda. Headout è un modo di prenotare i biglietti di visita consigliabile, soprattutto nei periodi di massima affluenza.

Foi uma ajuda imprescendivel e um dia memorável e por ter comprado os bilhetes na vossa plataforma, mesmo achando que a entrada das 15 horas seria mto tarde e não teria tempo de ver o palácio do modo e do jeito que eu queria visitar... Pela manhã visitei os lindissimos jardins de versailles que eu adoro e amo de paixão...Infelizmente não consegui visitar a casa de Maria Antonieta por ter uma fila enorme e ponha em risco a visita do palácio...aconselho e recomendo usar esta plataforma q muito nos ajuda a ter uma qualidade Xira ns nossas viagens...A minha sentida gratidão a esta equipa magnífica...

I was not able to get my family in to the louvre without Headout's support. We did a day trip to Paris and my girl - who is just learning about Mona Lisa - shared it was her number one thing to see. I foolishly thought you could buy day of but was shutdown and only thanks to Headout were we able to go and fulfill her dream. They made it easy and stress free. Grateful.

Parfaite organisation avec nos tickets achetés à l'avance sur Headout ! Visite du château et ensuite des jardins ... puis petite promenade avec le "petit train" jusqu'au Grand puis Petit Trianon ! Si c'était à refaire, nous viendrions plutôt au Château pour profiter de + 2 visite offertes par notre ticket !

I was having issues purchasing Louvre tickets on the official site - Chase bank credit card and their 3D security - this was the only option for me as I was already in Europe and did not have any other credit cards with me to purchase entry tickets online.

L'heure portée sur le ticket passeport et l'entrée a la visite du chateau est mal régulé, les files d'attente sont très longues, il faudrait remédier à cela, on n'entre pas à l'heure indiquée. La visite s'est bien déroulée et tout est merveilleux.

Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be modified, refunded, or resold.

Timed-entry tickets skip the ticket counter; mandatory security checks may take 15–30 minutes or longer.

If your ticket includes an audio guide, download and activate it in advance; the last rental is at 4pm.

From Oct 9 to early Nov, audioguides are available only in French, English, and Spanish.

Entry is free for children under 18 and EU citizens under 25; free tickets must still be collected on-site or via the official website.

Entry prices are based on nationality or country of residence, with separate rates for EEA visitors (EU countries, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein) and Non-EEA visitors.

Palace of Versailles

Arrive 20 minutes before the start time.

Musical Fountains Show and Musical Gardens info is shared via an official link on your voucher.

Gardens close at 6pm from November to March, and at 8:30pm from April to October.

Children aged 0–5 enter for free but must be included in your booking.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
