The tour has only 20 people. It was very quiet and informative in a private area on the palace. The guide was very happy to answer questions and knew a lot about the tour we were on. After the tour was over we went into the public viewing areas and these were full of people which made it difficult to see anything. We did get to the hall of mirrors, and that was a 'must see' part of the palace. I highly recommend the tour.

Our guide was great, however there was a headphone malfunction, so it was difficult to hear everything she told us.

Guide dogs are allowed upon presentation of proof.

Additional information

Valuable items and clothing cannot be deposited in left luggage.

Left luggage items should be collected at the end of the visit, before 6pm in the high season (April to October) and until 5pm in the low season (November to March).

To access your guided tour, you must present an admission ticket for the same day, in addition to your guided tour ticket (including visitors eligible for free admission).

The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

You’ll have access to a dedicated waiting line for the tour, so your wait time to enter the palace will be shorter than the regular line.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly. Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point. Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
