Outstanding experience from start to finish! Booking through Headout was incredibly easy, and everything was perfectly organized. The guided Eiffel Tower tour exceeded my expectations in every way. Our guide was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, knew exactly how to navigate the crowds. While other visitors were waiting in long lines, we were efficiently guided through the process, saving a significant amount of time and making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Fue maravillosa la experiencia, lo que si hay que saber que los jardines no se alcanza a ver todo si lo haces caminando ya que es muchísimo y la visita a todo te lleva todo el día por lo tanto llevar calzado cómodo, sombrero si hace Carlos y botella de agua (hay canillas con agua fresca para hidratarse)

Eiffel tower experience was awsome. The tourguide was very competent and told us many interesting facts. We are family of four with 1kid 11 y and second 5y. We chose the option with the top of the tower. It was safe and I woul recomment it for families. The only thing its very windy at the top

La visite de la Tour Eiffel est une vraie balade , bien guidée , bien organisée... sans comparaison aux files d'attente avec ou sans billets..! Pour le bateau... une heure est amplement suffisante, encore juste faut-il connaître les horaires de sorties ! Excellente expérience !

Het bezoek aan Versailles was goed. Al hadden we verwacht wat meer ingerichte kamers te zien. Het was wel zeer druk, dus je moet wat geduld hebben. Het bezoek aan de tuinen is zeker de moeite waard. Daar kan je een flinke wandeling maken en ontdek je hier en daar iets.

The meeting place came forth as a bit weird due to being in a side street near stairs about 5 min walking from the Eifel tower (but legit) Our guide was friendly and had good knowledge about the history of the Eifel tower and made everyone feel welcome on arrival as well as during the tour. Quick access through the gates and almost no waiting time to go up into the tower. Beautiful views from above.

Communication was not clear, probably on my part. We thought we were meeting a guide, but it was fine. Once we figured out that the passport tickets were in an email and we sent that email to my daughter who had internet, we were able to show the tickets at the gate within the time frame for getting in. We had to pay an extra few Euros to go the gardens.

You cannot purchase summit tickets on the 2nd floor; buy summit access before your visit.

Summit access may be closed or limited due to technical or crowd-related reasons; if unplanned, a partial refund (difference between 2nd and top floor ticket) is provided.

Musical Fountains Show and Musical Gardens info is available via the venue’s official document link provided on your voucher.

Gardens close at 6pm from November to March and at 8:30pm from April to October.

Children aged 0–5 enter free but must be included in your booking.
