Our guide, THEO, was absolutely brilliant. He helped me throughout as I was nervous and slow but he had patience with me. I am so grateful to him for his professionalsm and kindness. He made the climb a great experience. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and made checking in an efficient process.

This cruise was the highlight of our trip. The gentleman who did the commentary was absolutely brilliant. So informative and had us all laughing. We were a party of 6 ranging from 11 to 71. To have us all laughing is pretty good going! Would highly recommend

The Thames river cruise goes past many well known and historic London sights, the boat travels slowly to allow passengers to take photos. Paul was a very interesting and entertaining guide, we enjoyed the trip very much.

From start to finish the whole experience was fab! The people who worked there were friendly and knowledgable and you felt safe. Myself and my 10 year old thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely go again.
