Very nice view from all 3 floors - 69th , 33th and 32 nd floor. If given a chance I would definitely go there again. Just wanted to say that I would have liked to go on the top floor which is for staff just to see the view from the top. Staff were friendly. I did have my tickets that were not scanning and I had to go to upstairs ticket office to get them reprinted. This took alot of their time but I managed to get it done. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Beautiful view.

The entry to the venue was very easy with friendly and welcoming staff. The staggered entry to levels 68 and above is ideal rather than having everyone stampeded through at the same time. We had the VIP booking with champagne which made the experience even more enjoyable while taking in the amazing views from all angles of the top floors. Would highly recommend and likely to return again in the future!

We had an amazing trip to The Shard in London! The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking. We could see the River Thames, Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and so much of the city stretching for miles. It was a wonderful experience and a day we'll always remember. A perfect day with unforgettable memories! 🏙️✨

Great views, good souvenir photo book, included some info about the Shard, that was reasonably priced at £30. Pleasant helpful staff. Nice touch that an ice cream is included with a child ticket. A very good excursion.

It was part of the celebrations for my wife's 80th birthday. All our children and grandchildren were there 13 in total. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and we stayed for over 2 hours.

From the extremely smooth ride in the lifts, to the expansive views availble over the city, the helpful staff and the ability to relax and enjoy the sceneary, this is an opportunity not to be missed. Enjoy a fancy drink, a coffee or maybe an ice cream or cake whist high above one of the oldest cities in the world and don't forget you can take that special picture for your memories.

Hey, i m Lovely Singh I visited The Shard in London on 22nd August, and it was honestly an amazing experience. I have been living in the UK for the past two years, but I only got the opportunity to visit The Shard after two years, which made the experience even more special. The view from the top was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing London from such a height was something I will never forget. Everything was well organised, the atmosphere was great, and the whole experience was worth it. I’m really glad I finally got the chance to visit The Shard after waiting for two years. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Large bags and backpacks, over the size of 22 x 15 x 8 inches (55 x 38 x 20cm), or other large equipment are not allowed

Up at The O2

Safety is a priority, so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 8 years, under the height of 1.2m, and over the weight of 21 stone/130kg/286lbs.

The maximum measurements required are a waist measurement of 125cm and a maximum upper thigh measurement of 75cm.

Note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the ratios: ages 8 to 17 – 1 adult to 5 minors.

Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant women.

Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded.

You must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time, as latecomers cannot be admitted.

From November 21, 2025, to January 4, 2026, all climbs will include access to the festive Snow Globe Experience on the roof of The O2.
