Getting started

Make your way to the Universal Studios Singapore entrance on Sentosa Island and show your mobile or printed ticket for admission. Guests with Minion Land Early Entry can access the themed zone from 9am to 9:30am before the general park opening, with select attractions, dining, and shopping available with fewer crowds. If you’ve booked the VIP Tour, arrive at the designated meeting point before the scheduled start time. Your English-speaking guide will assist with check-in and introduce you to your VIP experience.

What to bring

Bring along a spare set of clothes as you may get wet at select attractions. Most restrooms have a changing area.

What's not allowed

Photography and videography are not permitted while experiencing the attractions.

Pets are not allowed within the premises, except for service animals.

No costumes or full-faced masks are allowed inside the park.

Re-entry is not allowed.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted into the park except baby food, formulas and food for guests with special dietary requirements. Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by prams/strollers and wheelchairs.

Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available near the park entrance at a fee. The rented stroller and wheelchair can only be used within Universal Studios Singapore.

All restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas are accessible to guests using wheelchairs.

Additional information

For safety purposes, children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by a participant age 18 and above at all times during the VIP Experience.

Participant under the age of 18 will require their parent or legal guardian to fill up an indemnity form for their participation in the VIP Experience.

Facilities: Prayer room, halal-certified and vegetarian restaurants, ATMs, retail shops, lockers on rent, and Baby Centre.

TRANSFORMERS, the ride will be closed for maintenance from Sunday, 23 August 2026 to Friday, 4 September 2026. The attraction is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, 5 September 2026.

USS will operate from 10:00am to 7:00pm on 3 September, 5 October, 30 November, and 1 & 12 December 2026 due to private events.

The S$20 F&B voucher has no minimum spend and can be redeemed at all restaurants and food carts in Universal Studios Singapore, except Starbucks, Oasis Spice Café & Roving Carts.
