Our family of five had an amazing day at Universal Epic Universe! It isn't easy to find a place that keeps a 16-year-old and two young boys (ages 5 and 4) equally entertained, but Epic Universe exceeded every expectation. The park was beautiful, clean, and incredibly immersive. Our daughter loved the thrill rides, while our boys were amazed by the attractions and character experiences. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and every area felt like its own adventure. Most importantly, we made unforgettable family memories together. Epic Universe truly offers something for everyone, and we can't wait to visit again!

This is the new measure for Adventure parks. The child swap policy is amazing! We have a five year old and this policy made the trip more enjoyable for all. Every ride we went on had a family area for the non riders to wait with one parent and then took there turn to ride. More for your money. The worlds are so immersive I cannot overstate how great the experience is.

Headout was a lifesaver for getting tickets to Epic Park when none were available on the Universal website. The whole process was super easy, tickets were delivered quickly, and entry into the park was smooth and hassle-free. Definitely a great experience and I would absolutely use them again!

Facile à récupérer et très simple à réserver, je recommande vivement les services de Headout. L’ensemble du processus est extrêmement fluide, de la réservation en ligne jusqu’à la récupération des billets sur place. Grazie ad Headout, ho comprato i biglietti per il parco Epic Universe senza in minimo problema, a differenza del sito ufficiale della Universal che per circa un mese mi dava sempre problemi per l'acquisto dei ticket. E per un piccolissimo problema riscontrato con la trascrizione del nome di uno dei titolari del biglietto, l'assistenza di Headout è stata prontissima e gentilissima.

Très chouette parc. Les décors sont époustouflants. Evidemment comme dans tous les parcs, on passe 3/4 du temps à faire la file, mais ça vaut l'attente. Stardust Racer est mon manège préféré.

Arrive at the main entrance of Epic Universe and present your dated ticket for a biometric scan and entry. After a quick security check, you’re free to explore the park at your own pace.

A valid ID proof.

Transfer and refund of tickets.

Pets are not allowed.

The park is accessible by wheelchair and other mobility devices.

Service animals are allowed.

The ticket will be sent out within 2 hours of booking.

It is only valid for the date selected and printed on the ticket.

Entry is free for children 2 years and younger.

Height restrictions apply for rides, as mentioned at the park entrance.

Guests under 14 are recommended to have a supervising companion (14 and above) who also meets the specific ride's height restrictions.
