Just wanted to do something different, we had a fantastic time, very enjoyable. Loads of things to do and see.. and was able to interact with everything.. and we had loads of fun and laughs best thing is I would say its great gor all ages.. great way to spend a couple of hours

Me and my group, were 10 minutes late due to figuring out the trains. The receptionist was still kind and helpful and let us in. The place is truly mind bending and full of beautiful detailed illusions. Would 100 % go again.

Ease of booking tickets for twist is a no brainer. I chose twist over the other similiar experiences available in London for my 13 year old niece and i as it appeared to have the best reviews .we were not disappointed . Absolute brain melting amazing place with lovely friendly staff.added bonus lockers available (free to use) so you can go totally hands free .gift shop had lots of choice too .definately going on our to do list again !

Great having free lockers. Good range of items in shop. Interesting exhibits. Helpful and friendly staff. Not too crowded. Could have more items for single people (some require two people to work e.g. Kaleidoscope) and seats.

The museum was great fun. It was an interactive and educational experience that we enjoyed.

Inside Twist Museum, you’ll move through spaces designed around perception, illusion, and interactive experiences. With no set route to follow, you’re free to explore in any order and spend as much time as you like at each installation.

80 interactive illusions: Explore over 80 immersive exhibits designed to challenge perception and reveal how differently people experience reality.

Hands-on installations: Touch, test, and experience the installations up close as you move through environments designed to fully engage your senses.

3D hologram image: Visit the hologram capture point to create a personalised 3D hologram image and see yourself transformed into a striking holographic effect.

What to bring

Have your ID and entry tickets ready for a seamless experience.

What’s not allowed

Smoking and outside food and drinks are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair accessible.

Strollers must be left in the designated buggy parking area and are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Carers are eligible for a complimentary carer’s ticket.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Additional information

Twist Museum is generally open daily from 10am - 7:30pm Monday to Thursday, with extended hours until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 7pm on Sundays.

Last entry is one hour before closing.

The experience typically lasts around 60 - 90 minutes.

All child and infant tickets must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Toddlers aged 0 - 3 can enter free of charge.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
