Train Tickets in Paris

It was so easy to travel from London to Paris on Eurostar through Headout. I received emails confirming my reservation and listed information so when I arrived it was seamless to find the well marked areas I needed to board. The ride was fun and I was seatmates with three fun women from Brazil via the states. My new friends purchased food and I bought a glass of wine from the café. The gentleman working/navigating the line was so friendly!

Perfect from the booking to the actual train ride and we arrived 20 mins ahead of schedule. Train was neat and clean. Didn't even notice the time and we were safely in Paris! Will definitely use the service again in future.

Die Fahrt war angenehm, der Zug fuhr pünktlich ab. Ein Minuspunkt: keine Steckdosen für's Handy Aufladen. Sonst war der Service in Ordnung gewesen.

For starter, it was very easy booking the tickets via Headout. Then, when I had a question regarding the tickets, support was easy to reach and quickly provided the required information and guidance for me to complete th eprocess and secure the tickets. The train ride itself was great. Clearing immigration in London was a breeze, the train was clean and spacious, and the ride was very comfortable. All in all, great expereince for first time users :-)

Alles hat bestens geklappt. Wenn. noch die Endstation des TER Zuges (Amiens) angegeben wäre, wäre das Finden im Gare du Nord noch einfacher. Dsmit hätten Sie 5 Sterne verdient.
