Muy buena la cantidad de servicios y horarios de los trenes disponibles. Muy complicada y poco amigable la aplicacion y su funcionamiento. No es sencilla ni intuitiva, dificil de encontrar las reservaciones y tickets, y se complica con un servicio de wifi regular. La aplicacion Rail Planner debe mejorarse es dificil de usar.

We rode the Eurostar from London to Paris. Bought the Global 10 day pass first, and now all the train journeys are so cheap to secure seats. Paris is amazing in Autumn and if this is off peak, then I couldn't cope with more people. Such a busy city. Off to Switzerland tomorrow on another train adventure.

Una vez obtenidos los billetes, todo es muy fácil. Sin embargo, lograr los billetes, planear el viaje y reservar los asientos es extremadamente complicado. Hay muchas opciones, hay que seguir una secuencia que no está indicada en ninguna parte, se llega a resultados sin salida, hay opciones como guardar un viaje que no tienen sentido, porque no sirven para nada, o ponerle nombre a un viaje y luego no hay opciones de qué hacer con eso. Fue extremadamente complicado tardaba entre 2 y 3 horas para conseguir un billete y la siguiente vez la secuencia no era la adecuada, fue un esfuerzo agotador e innecesario, podrían hacerlo más sencillo y amigable, las opciones podrían ser algo adicional después de conseguir un billete. El sistema es engorroso, poco amigable y sobre todo no tiene una lógica simple.

Seamless activation

Your Eurail Pass is fully mobile! Activate it in the Rail Planner App using the Pass Number from your confirmation email.

After activation, add your journey to get a QR code ticket in the app that must be presented to the inspectors at the station.

What's not allowed

This pass cannot be sold or used by residents of Europe, the Russian Federation, and Turkey.

Additional information

The pass isn't valid in your country of residence, except for two journeys – one to leave and one to return.

Seat/bed reservations for mandatory trains are an extra cost and may be limited, so booking in advance via the Rail Planner app or at the station is recommended.
