Staff were friendly and the tour guide was excellent. A very interesting experience and the sights of course were great. The boat was spacious and very clean. Toilets spotless.

Uns hat am besten gefallen, dass ein Live-Guide durch die Tour führte und die Infos nicht vom Band kamen. Auch das keine Motorengeräusche die Tour gestört haben.

Superb experience from start to finish! Easy to find, lovely staff and friendly crew- pristine boat with comfy seats, great facts and brilliant views of some of London's main historical sights that you just wouldn't see on foot. Would recommend 100%

Very hard to give any feed back as I got to the boat 2 mins late, so I missed the boat , but that wasn't anyone else's though then myself , im sure if I was on time etc etc , it would of been great

Cruise was brilliant but disappointed about guide to directions for reaching the cuise. I was going around in circle as there was no boards directing how to reach to board cruise. Luckily I just got there in time. Hope you look into this for tourists to make it easy.

The sights and interesting stories about them were amazing! The staff were excellent. The overall experience was breathtaking. It was a lovely bonding experience for my daughter and I being her first boat ride 🥰

Please arrive at Tower Bridge Quay at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour.

The cruise is operated aboard the Silver Raven, the UK’s first electric tour boat. However, the Silver Raven may need to undergo scheduled or emergency maintenance and repairs, during which your tour will be operated aboard another vessel from the Silver Fleet, the Silver Sockeye. Note that the Silver Sockeye does not offer full wheelchair accessibility (including access to the main saloon and facilities).

The tour will run in all conditions, as long as it is safe to do so. The boat has covered seats, both inside and outside, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
