The online booking went smooth. The information around the trip, e.g. barking location etc was accurate. The information onboard was less good. No info at all during the first part of the trip. The info about the visiting village is misleading, except maybe for the waterfall this village is not exactly an highlight. An hour visiting time is too much. On the way back to Geiranger the audiotour is started. The sound system was hard to follow due the poor quality. The only language was English, while multiple were promised. The scenery was of course breathtaking.

The good information and enough time to to see the whole environment and to make pictures of the wonderful fjord. Berry nice crew

The Geiranger fjord is marvelous. We had almost a private tour (because of the season) and could ask our guide everyo we wanted to know. Unfortunately the Seven Sisters were not all activated because there was still snow high in the cliffs that was not melting yet. We stayed in Geiranger for 2,5 hours. Had time for something to eat and climbed to the highest point of the waterfall. It was cold but dry and we enjoyed our time and trip very much. I could'nt have a better Mothers Day in my life.

It was one of the best Hop on-Hop off bus tours within 50 countries I visited. The bus driver Boris was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Die Tour entsprach insgesamt meinen Erwartungen. Die Erklärungen werden per KI generiert und sind informativ, auch wenn die Aussprache an einigen Stellen noch nicht ganz korrekt ist. Darauf wird jedoch vor Beginn hingewiesen, da sich das System noch in der Lernphase befindet. Wir waren mit Mein Schiff in Oslo und haben die Tour nicht über das Schiff, sondern selbst online gebucht. Das hat problemlos funktioniert. Positiv war auch, dass der Bus während der Liegezeit direkt am Hafen angefahren wurde, sodass der Einstieg sehr bequem möglich war. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass in manchen Bussen die Lautstärke der Ansagen im Vergleich zu den Motorgeräuschen etwas zu niedrig war. Zudem hat es in einem Bus bei Regen gelegentlich durch die Dachluken hereingetropft. Die Fahrzeuge waren insgesamt in Ordnung, auch wenn einer der Busse bereits deutliche Alterserscheinungen zeigte. Die anderen Busse machten einen gepflegten Eindruck. Insgesamt eine gute Tour, die das bietet, was man von einer solchen Stadtrundfahrt erwartet.
