The cruise was very interesting but I did not feel there was much staff available for directions. For example, we had booked an audio guide but no one was there to give us directions on what to do to download it. Fortunately there were two Italian guys present, certainly more digitally savvy than us, who helped us download it. In short, perhaps the customer should be more pampered and taken care of. True, the cost was not high but that is not why the customer should be left to his fate. However, it was a nice cruise for what was seen. Budapest is indeed a beautiful city.

A 1-hour Danube river tour at sunset for a very good price. You see the main monuments on the banks of the Danube illuminated. Option to go under cover seated, or standing outside. The audio guide does not always switch on automatically when you are at the appropriate monument, and there could be outdoor seating for comfort. The indoor seating is quite uncomfortable as well.

We took the Danube cruise at 5 pm and it was a beautiful experience. The time was perfect to enjoy the evening light and watch the city lights come on. The views from the boat were spectacular, especially of the Parliament and the bridges. The tour was quiet and well organized, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

It is an experience that can not be described, totally necessary if you come to Budapest. My advice, take it at night and keep in mind that at 22:00 they turn off the lights of the city. You also have an audio guide that explains in several languages what you are seeing along the tour. The boat has bar service and is not too expensive.

Cruise at 6:20 pm. Very pleasant moment, explanations via a website and if you don't feel like downloading an app, there are explanations, very nice staff at the start, stars in your eyes from the spectacle on offer. Definitely worth a visit.

We went on a Sunday night and it was beautiful, a very cool ship, easy to locate. We went to the chain bridge and back to the museum at the end. A recommended experience to see the beautiful illumination of Budapest.
