Die Führung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Unser Führer (ich glaube sein Name war Sedat) hat uns sehr viele interssante Informationen zum Palast erzählt. Die Stunde war ruckzuck um. Danach kann man noch vieles im Palast mit dem Audio Guide erkunden. Ich empfehle mindestens noch 2 Stunden für den Besuch einzuplanen.

ESTAFADORES.......Son un desastre llegue tarde por causa de mi vuelo atrasado llame atención al cliente explicando esto con pruebas y pedí para pasar mi excursión para el día siguiente y me dijeron que tenía q volver a sacar nuevamente otras entradas ! No piensan en el cliente solo en su beneficio no contraten a esta gente !! Mi puntuación era 1 y no me dejaban enviar reseña por eso tuve que poner 5 !! De lo peor esta gente te estafan !

A little bit confusing the group formation at the entrance of Topkapi, very easy at the Basilica Cistern. Good guide at Topkapi, excellent at Basilica. We would like to have a little more time available between the visits, we skiped some Topkapi objectives at our own time because of the lines at the entrance. Both objectives definitely worth a visit.

L'audioguide fonctionnait très mal, plus accès aux explications à la moitié du parcours. Finalement, je regrette d'avoir pris ce billet coupe filé plus cher que le prix sur place car aucune queue ! Et on pouvait bénéficier de l'audio guide officiel du palais gratuitement lorsque l'on achète son billet sur place ! Finalement nous avons plus fait la queue avec le guide qui nous a juste amené au point de départ de la visite ! Par contre , à la citerne basilique, je n'arrivais à téléchargé l'audio guide et l'employée à l'entrée m'est venue en aide et tout a très bien fonctionné ! Il faut bien pensé à prendre ses écouteurs . Là encore , le billet coupe-file était inutile car aucune queue à cette saison.

Haluk is a great gentleman! We had an absolutely outstanding experience touring Topkapı Palace with him. From the very beginning, it was clear that we were in the hands of someone deeply knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about Ottoman history. What could have been “just” a beautiful palace visit turned into a vivid journey through centuries of empire, politics, intrigue, and culture. The way Haluk explained the Harem, the many buildings and their purpose, and the daily life of the sultans was both intellectually rich and engaging. Every question was answered thoughtfully, with context and depth. Beyond expertise, the pacing was perfect — never rushed, yet never overwhelming. We avoided crowds where possible and were shown details we would have completely missed on our own. If you are visiting Topkapı Palace, I strongly recommend booking him. It elevated the entire experience from sightseeing to truly understanding history. Thank you for such a memorable and insightful tour.

Note that you will be able to enter the Topkapi Palace only with a representative. Meet your host at the meeting point, who will then take you inside the palace.

Be sure to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.

The audio guide app is available in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. You'll find instructions on how to use the audio guide app in your ticket voucher.

Please note that there is limited internet at the museum/pier so download the audio guide app before your visit. The app does not require internet once it has been downloaded (ensure your GPS is activated).

Enter the palace and stay as long as you want until its closing time of 5pm.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
