Helpful and friendly staff, clean buses, run regularly, great tracking app with lots of useful information about Singapore

Obviously you have to love the views.. It's why we went. Comfortable capsule.. Informative.. Cool and friendly helpful staff. The introductory time capsule was way beyond me... And not something I enjoy ....having to qr code my way around. Sometimes things are made too complex... And fiddly. I don't want to live through my phone.. Just put up a notice. It's all supposed simplicity for the provider... But the provider needs to give much more explanation on what to do and why with the qr code. And downloading the app was not necessary for the ride on the flyer.

Got to see lots along the way Was very warm on boat needed fans or a/c Guided talk was stop and go not consistent with where we were on he boat .

The variety of fish was overwhelming and awesome. Being literally surrounded by sharks was a thrilling experience. The exhibition was vivid and educational. Will visit again.

It was awesome and enjoyable. Me and my wife enjoyed a lot. All the employees were so polite and helpful. Hope to visit again at near future.

The tickets prices are affordable and staff members are very pleasant and friendly .. We have a great day at Kusu Island and the weather was great too.thnks for the great sailing experience to see the Island 🥰
