La llegada fue fácil y estaba bien indicada, el acceso estaba muy bien organizado. El personal fue amable y nos resolvieron dudas en todo momento. Sin duda volveremos a realizar esta visita con Headout!

The tour was good. Worth going. But don't book the tour with audio guide because it's free anyway. So don't pay extra for something that's offered for free once you get there.

È stato un momento indimenticabile, poiché questa volta abbiamo portato nostra figlia di 5 anni e si sa che con i bambini non puoi organizzare tante attrazioni una dopo l'altra e tante in un giorno, difatti, ogni volta che completavamo una, vedevamo che energia avesse la nostra bimba e con il suo "permesso" ne organizzavamo un'altra mantenendo un prezzo del sito molto più basso rispetto ad altri siti. Orari precisi, nessun problema di prenotazione e sicurezza nei pagamenti

Ingresso senza problemi e visita spettacolare alla torre sul fiume e ponte vedendolo da sopra sala macchina e storia racconto e video ok.Unico neo troppe persone purtroppo si fermano sul passaggio superiore vetro e fanno foto e selfie di continuo cin tempi eccessivi ostacolando chi vorrebbe farsi magari una o due foto e andare via ci vorrebbe uno Stuart che limiti i tempi

Schnelle Eingangskontrolle. Fahrstuhl fährt wirklich schnell hoch, aber 1 mal bei der hälfte Fahrstuhlwechsel. Oben eine super Aussicht! Es gibt Getränke mit und ohne Alkohol sowie Kuchen. Preise sind ok. Es lohnt sich wirklich hoch zu fahren. Das 1 Foto welches inklusive ist, ist ein Witz. Keine Motivauswahl, die Personen sind drauf und ein unscharfenr Hintergrund.

Das Kombiticket war für uns ideal. Beide Attraktionen waren super, auch mit Kids. Durch den AudioGuide im Tower war es für die Kids (9 & 11 Jahre) interessanter. Vor allem Kronjuwelen und Ritterrüstungen fanden sie gut. In der Tower Bridge gab es auch ein Kinderangebot mit Stempel sammeln. In der Bridge waren Glasboden und Maschinenraum spannend für alle.

We found the signage very poor at Tower Bridge and trying to get to the engine rooms not clear at all. We seemed to walk along the bridge one way or the other. The weather was bad so the staff were trying to stay dry and not being helpful. Did the same trip 10 years ago and was much better.
