Experience the best of the Golden Dragon Water Puppet Show

Dive into Vietnamese culture with the Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theater, a perfect experience for families and culture enthusiasts in Ho Chi Minh City.

Watch vibrant puppets glide across the water, telling ancient Vietnamese stories through delicate movements, colorful costumes, and live traditional music.

A live orchestra plays a central role, weaving traditional melodies into the performance, adding depth and emotion to each puppet's journey across the stage.

Fun fact: Water puppetry, which dates back over 1,000 years, was originally performed in flooded rice paddies to entertain farmers after a hard day’s work.

Watch Vietnam’s folklore come alive at a traditional water puppet show, where music, storytelling, and puppetry unfold on a water stage.
