Tutto pronto, orario scelto online: ore 15. Il fatto di aver prenotato online ci ha permesso di dedicare tutta la mattina ad altre visite e siamo arrivati venti minuti prima dell' orario di entrata, un giro nei giardini, qualche foto ed è arrivato il momento di entrare! Siamo entrati dopo 40 secondi scarsi di fila. Tutto preciso e ben organizzato. Il museo è veramente una chicca da non perdere. Oltre a Klimt e all emozionante "Il bacio" Ci sono anche opere molto interessanti e il salone barocco è davvero favoloso!

Il Castello Belvedere è stato in assoluto il monumento che più mi ha colpita! Bellissimo, di un bianco candido, curatissimo. Dentro spazi ampi e, nonostante ci fosse molta gente, con gli ingressi orari è' stato possibile visitarlo senza problemi. Le opere esposte sono degne di nota, spiccano Klimte e Schiele, ma tutta la collezione è di grande spessore. I giardini sono molto belli e ti riportano agli anni delle belle passeggiate regali. Puntuali con gli orari, si entra senza perdite di tempo.

Palazzo magnifico e scenografico, bellissimi giardini. E' stato rispettato l'orario di ingresso della prenotazione. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l'esposizione dei quadri e la descrizione fornita dall'audioguida oltre che le informazioni per ogni sala. Numerosi visitatori che ci hanno obbligato ad attendere per visionare i quadri più famosi. Purtroppo invece ci è stato risposto via mail che non era possibile depositare i bagagli nei locker all'interno del Belvedere, cosa non vera.

I have recently visited Belvedere together with my husband and we both find all the complex (gardens and the palaces) absolutely amazing. Inside the Upper Belvedere you can find a lot of valuable paintings separated by the historical period when they were made, including the "Napoleon crossing the Alps" by Jacques Louis David and "The Kiss" by Gustav Klimt. I definitely recommend everyone a visit to Belvedere when coming to Vienna.

Das Museum innen war gut, ich kannte es chon. Aber obwohl wir tickets im Voraus gebucht hatten mussten wir in eine undefinierbare Schlange stehen - was zu Verwirrungen führte. Leider scheint Wien von Touristen auch im November überloffenzu sein..

La collezione del Belvedere è stupenda, ricchissima di autori . Con l'audio guida si riesce ad apprezzare il contenuto w anche l'ambiente. Unica pecca l'app che poco agevole e comprensibile nell'utilizzo.

Important Information

Upper Belvedere Palace

Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Guide Dog Accommodation & Cloakroom.

With this ticket, skip the line to the ticket counter/box office and head straight to the museum entrance!

Rental fees: Permanent collection tour €5.00, Austrian sign language multimedia guide permanent collection € 2.00.

For reasons of hygiene, please use personal headphones (standard 3.5 mm connection). As an alternative, disposable headphones are provided.

The parking lot for people with disabilities is located right next to the entrance gate of the Upper Belvedere, Prinz Eugen-Straße 27.

Note: With your time slot ticket you book a fixed access time to the museum. The duration of your stay is unlimited.

The Upper Belvedere's north and west facades are set to undergo renovations from April 2024. Scaffolding will be disguised with a net replicating the facade. The entrance and access to the venue will remain unaffected.

Guide dogs are allowed.

Suitable access to all exhibition rooms and to the restaurant.
