What to bring

Bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottle, insect repellent, and a camera for your visit.

What’s not allowed

Balls, balloons, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller blades, audio equipment, musical instruments, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, and smoking are not allowed inside the venue.

Large suitcases are not allowed; only small bags or hand luggage are permitted.

Due to venue restrictions, pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs with prior notice).

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Wheelchairs and prams are available for hire at the zoo.

Ramps and lifts are available at the venue for easy access.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. Ensure you give at least 48 hours' notice prior to your visit and complete the required online form with accreditation and vaccination records.

Additional information

Facilities: Parking, toilets, Wi-Fi, baby-changing facilities.

Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

After activation, you must pre-book time slots for the remaining attractions. Check your voucher for booking instructions.

Once activated at SEA LIFE, your pass remains valid for 60 days to visit the rest of the included attractions.

Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded.
