I was in Taiwan for the day and had such a great time visiting Taipei 101 with my cast mates. The observation decks feel like more than just a place to see the view, they’ve added art installations and themed spaces that make it really fun to explore. My favorite part was definitely the orchid and greenery display on the 101st floor. It felt so peaceful and beautiful, like a little escape above the city. I also loved how open and spacious everything was. It never felt too crowded, which made the whole experience super enjoyable. The cafés were a nice touch, and getting discount coupons for the shops was a fun bonus. Overall, it felt like a really thoughtful and well-designed experience, not just a typical observation deck.

The visit was awesome although I am not sure I would book through a third party again within 2 hours of visit time and pay a booking fee. It was anxiety provoking not knowing if the confirmation is going to come through since it wasn't immediate.

Overall, the experience is good. The ticketing was made easy. Going to the 101 is not worth the extra money. It's so decorated that it's challenging to look out the windows there. The main floor for observation is expansive so one can spend a long while walking around...

Arrive at the Taipei 101 Observatory entrance via the 5th floor of the shopping mall. Present your mobile or printed ticket along with a valid ID or passport. Follow signage to the elevator lobby, where a brief security check will be conducted before boarding.

What to expect:

Taipei 101 Observatory is one of the world’s tallest skyscrapers, known for its multi-level observatories and record-breaking elevator.
