Had a great experience booking Sunway Lagoon tickets through Headout! The booking process was easy and smooth, and the ticket was convenient to use at the entrance. We had a wonderful day at Sunway Lagoon, especially enjoying the water rides, Lost Lagoon and Wildlife Park. Absolutely loved it. Amazing park for all kids and adults. Waterpark was the best. Our whole time was spent there. Must visit but manage you time reach early. Best park

I really enjoyed Sunway Lagoon. This is the best activity for whole day for a family. I rate it above Universal in Singapore ( which we did before coming to Malaysia). I had a bad experience using Headout app. I accidentally booked 1 adult and 2 express pass instead of 1 adult and 2 kids. I requested them to amend the tickets. Which they refused. On constant request they only gave me 25% credit. So I have to pay more. Deeply frustrated.

Great day out - activities were endless. I am so glad that we went during the week as I understand the weekends are very busy. Very happy that staff closed activities during lightning strikes.

I have been to sunway lagoon many times within the past 15 years. This time I noticed the rides were too short (the rollercoaster rides specifically). Also while waiting at the stairs to get into the slides, the concrete was too hot and there was no shaded area for waiting. Some rides were not operating till 2 pm which made it hard for us to attend all rides eventhough we had a que jump pass.

The following things are not allowed in pools and slides: Diapers, snorkel, scuba diving masks & flippers, surfboard & body board, jewelry & watches, saree, shorts with buttons & zip at the back, tracksuit, abaya, baju kurung & kebaya, jeans & jacket, shoes, slippers, socks, glasses, and phones.

Pirate’s Revenge is temporarily closed from 5–28 Aug 2026.

Vuvuzela is temporarily closed from 17–28 Aug 2026.
