When i reached at golden bridge it was sunny day and i had beautiful picture of the bridge and later in evening it was covered with mist and that was another expereince of have my picture with mist

I didn't get my roller coaster tickets. According to the instructions, I was supposed to get them from the staff, but no one knew anything about it. According to support, the entry tickets and cablecar tickets were supposed to arrive shortly, but we had to wait half an hour.

Getting started

Show your mobile ticket at the Ba Na Hills entrance. Your final entry pass will be sent separately by the operator within 24 hours of booking.

What to expect

Begin with a record-breaking cable car ride to the top of Chua Mountain. Explore the French Village, stroll through beautiful gardens and churches, and walk across the famous Golden Bridge held by giant stone hands. Head to Alpine Coaster 3, Vietnam’s longest gravity-driven mountain coaster, where you control the speed using hand brakes. Ride solo or with a partner as you twist through pine forests and descend along mountainside tracks.

What's not allowed

Outside food and beverages, pets, smoking in non-designated areas, late arrival (no refunds for missed buses), and re-entry after exiting the park are not allowed.

Children under 110 cm in height, pregnant guests, guests with heart conditions, acrophobia, or epilepsy are not allowed.

Accessibility

This experience is not accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

This experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with cardiac disease, acrophobia, and epilepsy.

Additional information

Child tickets apply to children between 100–140 cm in height; children under 100 cm can enter for free.

Some areas may be closed due to bad weather or special events without prior notice.

The cable car is open from 8am to 10pm.

The Four Seasons Restaurant is open from 10:30am to 3pm.

The Bharata Restaurant is open from 10:30am to 2:45pm.

Operating hours for the ride are 10am to 5pm.

Children between 111–139 cm ride free with an accompanying adult; those above 140 cm require a ticket.
