I was completely in awe of this place from the moment that i arrived. the ticket included a transfer from the drop off area, cable car, and a free beer voucher. The cable car ride was flawless and so beautiful. The golden bridge was spectacular, it felt like i was literally in heaven. i chose the most beautiful day to go. Even the the place was packed, it still had a very calming atmosphere, maybe because the noise of the city was nowhere to be detected. The french village was unbelievable, at some point i forget that i was actually in Asia, the scenery is completely immersive and will transport you directly into europe. a 10/10 Experience.

Bana Hills is honestly the best place I’ve ever been in my life. From the breathtaking views in the mountains to the magical atmosphere, everything feels unreal. Walking on the famous Golden Bridge was like a dream, with clouds floating around and stunning scenery everywhere. The architecture, inspired by a French village, makes you feel like you’ve traveled to Europe. The weather is cool and refreshing, and there’s so much to explore. Truly an unforgettable experience — I would visit again without hesitation.

Tout était parfaitement organisé. Le taxi était à l'heure au pied de l'hôtel à 8 h. Arrivée vers 9h à Bana Hill, pas de queue, nous sommes montés dans le téléphérique. Émerveillement là haut, la petite France ! Un petit café et nous voilà partis pour une super journée. Retour vers 17h on en a bien profité. Le site est très photogénique.

To be honest it's probably spectacular on a clear day, but visibility was down to 30 meters and really couldn't see anything other than torrential rain so it's difficult to give a fair and balanced review when you didn't actually see anything, I'd return and do it in a clearer day for sure, and if I get the opportunity to do it again I'd jump at it. My tip would be to take a grab out (£9) and check the weather, if it's clear then simply buy your entrance and cable ride at the entrance. If it's poor visibility then try another day, the worst case scenario is you loose £9 as opposed to £50 on a tour and get drenched and see nothing. Id also skip the buffet, foods ok but very busy as you'd expect. We left two hours early and got a grab back simply because of the rain.

No issues with the purchase of the tickets. Superb contact with the operator. I even was asked if I was on the bus for the return trip. This experience is 1400m up. This is just a warning to others that one must check the weather. We were in dense mist. You could not see 4m in front of you. Free beer was very good. Buffet lunch was an experience as the dining area seats hundreds of folk. With mist most shows, kiosks and rides were closed.
