What to bring

• Valid photo ID matching the booking name may be required for verification.

• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activities.

What’s not allowed

• Children under 85cm in height are not allowed to participate.

• Not suitable for pregnant women, wheelchair users, or individuals with walking difficulties, motion sickness, heart conditions, heart conditions, or back problems.

• Photography and videography with mobile phones are not allowed during the ride.

• Admission tickets are for personal use only and must not be shared.

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled shuttle departure. Seats are not assigned. No refund will be issued if you fail to board on time.

• Shuttle departures from Berjaya Time Square: 10:30am and 3:30pm.

• Shuttle departures from Gamuda Luge Gardens: 1pm and 6pm.

• Ticket collection: Gamuda Luge Gardens, 48050 Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia.

  • 10am–6pm (Mon–Tue, Thu; entry ends at 5pm)

  • 10am–10pm (Fri–Sun; last entry at 9pm)

• Last entry is 2 hours before closing. Check the official website for updated operating hours and closure dates.

• Bookings are non-cancellable and cannot be modified after confirmation.

• Access may be restricted in case of overcrowding; arrangements are subject to on-site management.

• Same-day bookings are available until 10:30am (local time), subject to availability.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.

• Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
