Matthew the General manager was fabulous. We hadn't realised we needed to book seats and he was so helpful and professional and managed to get seats for myself , daughter and nieces . He was just lovely . Terrific service

Loved it :) ha d ko rxpectation , just tgought of taling jy froends to a nice prompted place on a good bufget and I was right we all enjoyed a nice sunday evening and end of the week

The band that were preforming were unprofessional, the singer in particular. Unorganised, asking the crowd for song suggestions, dancing provocatively, swearing on the mic. The venue was stunning and I'd come back again if it was a DJ set instead.

The view was spectacular, but we had no seats- it would have been better to book at the bar- money would have been better spent!

Getting started

Arrive at the Fenchurch Building, 1 Sky Garden Walk, and present your downloaded e-ticket and photo ID at the main entrance. After a security check and bag search, take the elevator up to the Sky Garden for your evening.

Set atop the Walkie-Talkie building, Sky Garden is London’s highest public garden, offering a unique blend of lush greenery and cityscape. This venue is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and sweeping views across the capital.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking; this is required for entry (Challenge 25 policy).

Dress in smart casual attire as per the venue’s dress code.

What’s not allowed

Access to the outdoor terrace/balcony is not permitted during this experience.

Large bags and suitcases may be subject to security checks and are not recommended.

Due to venue restrictions, your pets cannot tag along.

Children and anyone under 18 years old are not allowed; this experience is strictly for adults (18+).

Cash payments are not accepted at the venue; Sky Garden is a cashless venue.
