It was great, for the most part. I was disappointed though, that it was not made clear that we would also require specific Christmas Wonderland tickets to access the Skytree Observatory, which we did purchase tickets for. To add insult to injury, when trying to purchase said Christmas Wonderland tickets at access point, internet/wifi was inadequate so we needed to go to actual ticket booth. After hanging around Gardens by the Bay for most of the afternoon, waiting for dark to go to Skytree observatory, bundled with the heat, we didn't bother. Put a bad end to what was an otherwise wonderful experience. It was disappointing to say the least.

Loved the cloud dome the most amazing beautiful plants flowers and environment. The tour was well organised and problems free. The flower dome also had beautiful flowers but the Xmas decorations made it commercial but get that the tour is for all ages and the children were enjoying that. The view from the super tree observatory was amazing but sadly for us the skies opened and it poured at the exact moment we were up there but nature at its best

Good value for money. Great experience overall. Had an administrative hiccup though which caused a lot of confusion. Floral fantasy was listed in my Headout booking, so I cancelled it with GBTB only to get there and find out I didn't have Floral Fantasy tickets with either set of tickets . It was a mislabeling error by Headout, which they acknowledged. They provided me with a partial credit to use in future which was decent:

Vizita la Gardens by the Bay a fost una dintre cele mai impresionante experiențe din Singapore. Grădinile sunt spectaculoase, extrem de bine întreținute, iar combinația dintre natură și tehnologie este fascinantă. Supertree Grove este absolut superb, mai ales seara, când spectacolul de lumini transformă locul într-un adevărat basm. Domurile (Flower Dome și Cloud Forest) sunt impresionante, cu plante din întreaga lume și un design modern care te face să uiți că te afli într-un oraș extrem de aglomerat. Marina Bay Sands completează perfect experiența. Arhitectura este iconică, iar priveliștea asupra orașului este incredibilă. Chiar și fără acces la piscina infinită, terasa de observație oferă o panoramă memorabilă, mai ales la apus. Zona este animată, curată și foarte bine organizată, cu restaurante și magazine pentru toate gusturile. În ansamblu, este o experiență care merită din plin – un amestec perfect de relaxare, spectaculozitate și modernism. Recomand cu mare încredere oricui vizitează Singapore, fie că este prima dată sau revine.

A Prehistoric Oasis in the Heart of the City! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visiting Gardens by the Bay with this combo ticket was easily the highlight of my Singapore trip. The Cloud Forest was transformed into an incredible Jurassic World Experience; seeing the 8.5-meter-tall Brachiosaurus nestled amongst the mist and the iconic 35-meter indoor waterfall felt like stepping directly onto the set of the movies. The animatronics are top-tier, and the "petting zoo" with baby dinosaurs is a total hit for families. The Flower Dome offered a stunning contrast—a massive, climate-controlled "perpetual spring" with vibrant displays from around the world. Since the exhibits change seasonally, there’s always something new and "Instagrammable" to find. To top it all off, the Supertree Observatory provided the best panoramic views of the Marina Bay Sands and the city skyline. Looking down at the glowing Gardens during sunset was breathtaking.

Gardens by the Bay is not a missable experience in Singapore. All the locations and parts of it were truly phenomenal and the area is very easy to nagivate and experience. Great fun for young kids as well as adults. Anyone visiting will be mind blown with the area. The new Jurassic Park experience with the dinosaur was a favourite for me and my partner. I would love to visit again with my kids in the future.

Really enjoyed the trip to Cloud Forest, Flower dome and Supertree groove. Cloud Forest is a fun filled experience for kids and my son really enjoyed the dinosaur displays. Flower Dome had a beautiful didplay of flowers and special attraction were the toy trains on display. Supertree groove gave a beautiful aerial view of the gardens and the bay. A must visit with family at Gardens by the Bay.

Singapore Flyer has ramps, lifts, and handicapped toilets, making it easy for wheelchair-bound guests to get in, out, and around the Flyer.

Accessible parking spaces are conveniently located right next to the lift.

Pregnant women are allowed to experience the Singapore Flyer. However, expecting mothers in the advanced stages of pregnancy are advised to have someone accompany them when boarding the Singapore Flyer.

Each rotation on the Singapore Flyer takes approximately 30 mins.

All passengers and their hand baggage will be scanned before boarding on Level 2, which is the passengers-only level.
