The cruise was relaxing and entertaining with opportunities to hop off and further explore sites on land. The commentator was knowledgable and funny and kept the passengers engaged. We ordered lunch from our seats and it was served promptly with friendly service. Be careful not to confuse the London Bridge with the London Tower Bridge!

Boarding was easy and understandable, on the boat you could order food/drinks which would get delivered to your seat (whether on the top deck or inside), we saw the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, The Shard, The London Castle, The Tower Bridge, The London Bridge and many many more impressive buildings and monuments. We enjoyed our trip and the fact that we could return to our hop off station until 5.50pm! The crew on board was kind and they even had a little live commentary, so even though we didn't download the free audio guide, we still got a little extra informations about the buildings/monuments etc we drove past. It was an amazing day, and we got to take a lot of amazing pictures! Would absolutely recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience today taking an Uber Boat from Westminster to Tower Pier as part of my son’s first birthday celebration. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our day in London. The journey offered beautiful sightseeing views along the Thames, which made the trip both relaxing and memorable. Traveling by boat was smooth, convenient, and a refreshing change from typical city transport. It also worked perfectly as a comfortable commute back to our hotel. The staff were helpful, and everything felt well-organized. Overall, it was a great experience that added something special to our celebration, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Croaziera pe Tamisa a fost încântătoare! Biletul cu flexibilitatea orei de plecare și alegerea debarcaderului a fost foarte convenabil pentru prima călătorie, când nu știam cum ne vom încadra în timp. Condițiile de pe vasul de croazieră au fost foarte bune și au permis să ne bucurăm de ruta de navigație de la London Eye până la Greenwich, de priveliște, de obiectivele turistice prezentate detaliat și într-o manieră atragătoare. Am aflat lucruri noi, am râs, am apreciat și am aplaudat expunerea presărată cu momente amuzante. Și vremea caldă cu soare blând a contribuit la creșterea plăcerii voiajului în care Tamisa ne-a legănat cu valurile ei. Revenim cu mult drag!

We enjoyed the whole package, we opted for the day pass and took the cruise west then east then west again. First ride was hot and sunny and we were able to sit up top and enjoyed the scenery and commentary, next two cruises the rain was coming down in buckets so we took advantage of the inside seats, and enjoyed the scenery and commentary. I liked the flexibility of the 24 h ticket, not being bound to a fixed departure time. But there was quite a bit of waiting in between the central piers. Quite busy boat to start with, only standing on upper deck. At Greenwich rather than return straight away had to wait another half hour. The commentary was ok but could only hear fragments due to noise. Bit off putting the suggestion of how much tip to leave for being given that commentary too.
