My cruise started off wonderful. It was punctual. Seating was available indoors and outdoors. I was given a glass of champagne upon arrival and appetizers were passed out throughout the cruise. The staff went above and beyond with kindness and hospitality. The lovely woman singing live music indoors was beautiful. She also went above and beyond to recognize birthdays or special events. It was also beautiful to see such historical sights on the river Thames. And I even got to see the London bridge go up to let a large ship pass through.

We were lucky to have the very best weather on the night of a full moon - perfect. The young woman who sang and also gave some commentary was very talented.

Beautifull sights, very good love music and a good route. However the alcohol free beverages mentioned in the inclusions were not free and had to be paid for. The aperol spritz I ordered was terrible and costing over £11. And how do you serve the welcome drink in a glass and the serve aperol spritz in a plastic cup. That is more than disgraceful.

La tranquilidad que tuve al lado de mi esposo, casi solos. Había más personas pero igual cada uno a lo suyo, y parecía que teníamos el bote pra nosotros solos.
