What to bring

What’s not allowed

• Late arrivals cannot be accommodated; please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour begins. Tickets are non-refundable for latecomers.

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the museum.

• Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition spaces.

Accessibility

• The museum exhibition features narrow corridors and immersive design, which may not be suitable for visitors with limited mobility or those using wheelchairs.
